Life. It sneaks up on you, grabs hold, and tries to keep you under water way longer than you feel comfortable. That's been my last week. In my many years as a human I am starting to figure out what my priorities are and because of this, my week under water has meant that this blog was neglected a bit. I promise you I have been filling that time with reading some life savers and although they are finished and shelved, I will catch up with blogging soon...ish.
I read this interesting article tonight, which just kinda fell into my lap. It took me a few years to shift my perspective and whole heartedly live by this philosophy. Mostly, it was my time in California and my resolution, upon returning to thework east coast, to be kind to myself that did the trick.
